My name is Stephanie Poelker and I am an athlete at Ritenour High School. I have been selected to join Team Mid Atlantic in the 2010 King Kamehameha Volleyball Classic in Honolulu, Hawaii.
During the trip, I will be given the opportunity to practice and play under the direction of college coaches, interact with players and families from across the United States, be
seen by 20-25 college coaches for scholarship opportunities and experience the tropical island culture of Hawaii.
In order to participate in this once in a lifetime event, I need your help. I am inviting individuals and businesses to help defray the costs of the trip through local sponsorships.
ie: financial and/or thru gift cards, tickets, merchandise that may be used in a Raffle Fundraiser towards financing the trip.
Raffle to be drawn on April 30th, 2010. As a sponsor,
I will provide you with the following:
- NAME/LOGO POSTED TO THE NCFS WEBSITE
- PHOTO PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE TO ADVERTISE
- WILL WEAR A TEE WHILE IN HAWAII AND TO MY OWN CLUB MATCHES WITH YOUR NAME/LOGO.
HOME CLUB EVENTS HAVE 8-10 TOURNAMENTS PER SEASON WITH 150 TO 1500 PLAYERS AND PARENTS IN ATTENDANCE BETWEEN JAN AND MAY.
- WOULD WEAR SAME TEE TO SCHOOL AND AROUND TOWN.
- Your name will appear in local newspapers recognizing your participation as an
official sponsor. (usually a thank you letter to the editor listing all contributors)
